Director of Transformation

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence as a full-time remote Director of Transformation, the successful candidate will lead strategic change initiatives for the Kaiser Permanente account, focusing on enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction while managing performance metrics and transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, developing change management strategies and operational improvements
• Collaborate with performance managers to monitor KPIs and establish reporting mechanisms for transformation progress
• Serve as a trusted advisor to account leadership, building relationships with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams through change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in leading complex transformation initiatives in large-scale service delivery environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
• Excellent project management capabilities with experience in PMO structures
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
