Director of Transformation

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on enterprise initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Transformation will partner with senior leadership to evaluate and implement strategic, operational, and technology-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to identify and scope strategic transformational opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives
• Oversee project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues to leadership with recommended mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy, or enterprise project management within a managed care or healthcare organization
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of managed care operations, provider networks, and healthcare delivery systems
• Proficiency in project and change management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with an execution-oriented mindset
