Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or programs
• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
