Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager & Transformation Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Project Management Office from the ground up, designing frameworks and governance
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, including technology modernization and client change management
• Drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment and adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in financial services or banking
• Experience building project management infrastructure in environments without established PMOs
• Ability to manage projects across CRM/technology platforms and business operations simultaneously
• Strong business acumen connecting project outcomes to revenue and client impact
• Proven self-starter with an ownership mindset and a track record of quantifiable achievements
