Director of Transformation Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Transformation Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance and alignment for the GCC Transformation Portfolio, managing leadership forums and cross-functional program delivery
• Oversee tracking of milestones, dependencies, risks, and adoption progress across marketing, data, and technology functions
• Drive integrated change management and communications across transformation programs, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of program and/or portfolio management experience, or equivalent qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in marketing technology or digital transformation
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business, data, and technology domains
• Strong skills in governance operations and stakeholder management
• Experience in integrated communications or change management for large-scale transformation programs
