Director of Transformation Programs
Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Transformation Programs will manage a dedicated portfolio of projects within the Enterprise Program Management Office, focusing on change management, CRO operations, and technology delivery to ensure successful execution and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for all projects within the assigned EPMO portfolio
- Collaborate with Project Leaders to refine project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress
- Coach and mentor Project Leaders on best practices for executing high-impact projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy execution, business transformation, or related roles within a large-scale EPMO
- Proven track record of managing complex project portfolios and achieving strategic objectives
- Deep proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and change management principles
- Strong executive presence with experience in presenting to senior leadership
