Director of Transformation Projects

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Transformation Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-visibility transformation projects across the U.S. benefits administration business
• Own delivery outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives while managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong hands-on project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma) preferred
• Consulting experience is a plus
