Director of Travel & Expense

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally strong Director of Travel & Expense, this full-time position will lead the modernization of the global travel and expense ecosystem, focusing on digital transformation, employee experience enhancement, and compliance while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the T&E program into a modern, automated experience with AI-enabled workflows and touchless processing
• Oversee global business travel operations and manage supplier relationships to optimize service and spend
• Build a scalable global T&E roadmap with clear KPIs and dashboards to support adoption and operational efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Travel, Expense, Procurement, or related functions
• Proven success in leading T&E transformation and automation initiatives in high-growth organizations
• Strong operational leadership with expertise in T&E platforms and workflow automation
• MBA, CPA, CTP, or related certification preferred
