Director of Travel Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Travel Management will oversee and enhance the global travel program, managing supplier relationships, travel policy, and budget oversight while driving innovation and improving the traveler experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to establish goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives for the corporate travel program
• Lead travel transformation initiatives, including process redesign and technology modernization projects
• Manage the annual corporate travel budget, including forecasting, spend monitoring, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive corporate travel management experience
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Demonstrated experience leading global travel programs within large organizations
• Global Travel Professional (GTP) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) certification preferred
