Director of Treasury

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Treasury, the full-time remote position will manage corporate liquidity, debt facilities, and foreign exchange exposure while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial management and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the corporate treasury function, enhancing global financial operations and cash flow forecasting
• Oversee credit and debt management, including compliance with covenants and maintaining relationships with banks and rating agencies
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and treasury systems optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced financial degree preferred
• Professional treasury designation (e.g., CTP or CCT) is highly preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury management or a relevant corporate finance role
• Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams
• Deep understanding of cash management, international banking, and financial instruments
