Director of Treasury

Job Summary

To support the company's financial objectives, the full-time salaried Director of Treasury will oversee global treasury operations, manage liquidity, and develop treasury strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee global treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity forecasting
• Develop and execute the company's global treasury strategy through financial analysis and risk management
• Manage global banking relationships and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or related finance roles with leadership experience
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management
• Experience in a public-company or SOX-compliant environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred
• Proven ability to build and improve treasury processes and systems
