Director of Treasury Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of treasury operations, the full-time remote Director of Treasury Operations will manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payment operations while overseeing a team and driving operational excellence across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and cash forecasting while ensuring strong financial controls and operational efficiency
• Oversee a team of managers, providing direction in talent management, performance, and development
• Coordinate the department budget and bank fee management, driving improvements in treasury operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with eight years of Treasury or Corporate Finance experience, including five years in management
• Senior-level expertise in treasury operations, including cash management and payment integrity
• Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and internal controls, with a focus on governance and compliance
• Proven success in leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to set strategic direction and deliver measurable business results
