Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technical assistance to American Indian/Alaska Native child welfare programs
- Collaborate with federal partners and co-Project Director on program design, implementation, and evaluation
- Network with tribal and state child welfare providers and contribute to the field through publications and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience or Doctorate with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing federal and/or tribal projects and teams
- Proven project management skills with large projects
- Experience in designing and delivering effective technical assistance
- Experience in writing successful funding proposals and knowledge of project development
