Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of the National Tribal Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of technical assistance to American Indian/Alaska Native child welfare programs
  • Collaborate with federal partners and co-Project Director on program design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Network with tribal and state child welfare providers and contribute to the field through publications and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience or Doctorate with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing federal and/or tribal projects and teams
  • Proven project management skills with large projects
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective technical assistance
  • Experience in writing successful funding proposals and knowledge of project development
