Leading the Trust & Safety operations for TrevorSpace, the full-time remote Director of Trust and Safety will manage daily platform execution, policy implementation, and quality assurance while overseeing incident response and ensuring compliance with safety standards for LGBTQ+ youth.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and manage a 24/7 operational team, ensuring accountability and strategic alignment in trust and safety operations
- Architect and govern a comprehensive trust and safety infrastructure, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and guidelines
- Drive quality assurance initiatives, establishing auditing workflows and performance benchmarks for digital moderation
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Trust & Safety, operations management, or community moderation platforms

- Proven track record of managing large-scale, 24/7 operations and overseeing complex team structures
- Experience in change management and guiding teams through policy shifts and organizational growth
