Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of product features ensuring security, trust, and safety on the platform
• Design and execute trust and safety strategies focused on proactive risk reduction and secure software development
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trust & Safety professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in trust and safety, product management, software development, or security-related disciplines, with 8+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• Proven experience designing and leading trust and safety programs
• Strong understanding of product security, including secure development lifecycle and CI/CD best practices
• Deep knowledge of threats presented by fraud and substantial experience in developing code-based solutions for security
