Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Turnkey Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for executing turnkey projects aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing turnkey projects
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Experience in beauty product development and manufacturing preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
