Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Domestic Undergraduate Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and engage prospective students and families through various communication channels
• Manage the Admissions team in compliance, performance, and training areas
• Execute strategic enrollment plans and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years' experience in College Admissions is preferred
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to collect, analyze, and use performance metrics for team goals
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings and weekends
• High adaptability and positive engagement with diverse populations
