Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting strategy across various lines to support profitable growth

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive underwriting experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Package and/or Commercial Agribusiness underwriting
• 7+ years of leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and engagement
• Deep knowledge of the commercial lines marketplace and insurance regulations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data effectively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; professional designations are a plus
