Job Summary
To support the international roll-out of approved prostate cancer imaging agents, the full-time salaried Director of Upstream Product Marketing will shape the commercial vision and lifecycle strategy for Telix's late-stage PSMA imaging portfolio, acting as a strategic bridge between product development and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of commercial and lifecycle strategies for late-stage PSMA programs
- Own the creation and delivery of business cases, market analyses, and financial forecasts to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and readiness for product launches by collaborating with various teams, including Medical Affairs and Regulatory
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, particularly in oncology or urology
- Proven experience in leading upstream product strategy and lifecycle management for late-stage assets
- Strong financial acumen with experience in developing forecasts and investment cases
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills
