• Drive development and execution of the annual business plan and commercial planning processes
• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, managing agendas and leadership materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance critical initiatives and ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• MA/MS/BA/BS degree with 10+ years of biopharma industry experience
• Oncology experience is required
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and complex project management
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource prioritization
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business insights
