Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or Development
• Mature and personal Christian faith, committed to the organization's mission and values
• Experience in refugee services or international development is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and experience with CRM systems
