Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of market access strategies, the full-time Director of US Market Access will ensure optimal patient access and commercial success by integrating cross-functional collaboration across various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead U.S. market access strategies aligned with brand and portfolio objectives over a 3+ year horizon
  • Shape and implement integrated evidence plans in partnership with HEOR and Medical Affairs to support access and payer negotiations
  • Oversee the development of payer communication tools and field access tools to facilitate product coverage and patient support options
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in U.S. Market Access, Value & Access, or related roles (10+ years with advanced degree)
  • Proven experience leading access strategy for product launches with a strong understanding of U.S. payer systems
  • Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals and/or rare disease preferred
  • Demonstrated collaboration and leadership experience in matrixed organizations
