Director of User Experience

Job Summary

Leading the design of embedded analytics experiences, the full-time remote Director of User Experience will manage design systems, collaborate with engineering teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance user interaction models across a complex product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the embedded analytics design system, establishing interaction patterns and usage guidelines
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to operationalize user research and translate design intent into implementable solutions
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows and automate repetitive design tasks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years in a principal or senior-lead role
• Expertise in defining and maintaining design systems for web-based products
• Proven track record in designing embedded analytics or data visualization experiences
• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency with AI-powered design toolsets and Figma
