Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the UX practice, integrating core SaaS platform with "Agentic AI" capabilities
• Own the design lifecycle from concept to delivery, creating scenarios, wireframes, and prototypes
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of designers and researchers focused on customer problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX design with leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven success in leading UX teams with a "player-coach" mentality
• Experience designing for complex logic or automation; exposure to AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces is a plus
• Deep understanding of web technologies and Agile development environments
• Exceptional ability to build alignment with executives regarding design decisions and business goals
