Director of User Experience
Job Summary
Leading a team of 4-6 in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of User Experience will develop a cohesive UX strategy for the Resident Experience Platform, enhance design culture across the organization, and drive the growth and development of the UX team.
Key responsibilities
- Establishing a unified UX vision aligned with company and product strategy
- Enhancing design culture through critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration
- Managing team growth, including hiring, development plans, and performance feedback
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital product UX, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven experience in design systems at the architecture level
- Strong background in research leadership and usability testing
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling in design and prototyping
- Ability to communicate UX strategy and outcomes effectively to executive teams
