Director of Utilization Strategy

Job Summary

Driving the growth and optimization of the VoluntaryFlex (VFlex) plan design model, the full-time Director of Utilization Strategy will manage client success initiatives, streamline operational processes, and conduct analytics to enhance utilization and member experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Empower Client Success and Sales teams to achieve VFlex upsells
• Optimize carrier redirect processes to minimize operational exceptions and leakage
• Conduct analytics to track, report, and grow utilization while improving member experience

Required qualifications

• Experience in health plan discussions and implementing strategies in collaboration with health plans
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and project management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive impactful initiatives independently
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various levels without direct reporting relationships
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills
