Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the design vision and strategy for the overall metaverse platform
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on design solutions

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of UX design experience
Demonstrated experience leading and managing a UX design team
Ability to think strategically about user experience and product design
Familiarity with virtual reality, augmented reality, or similar immersive technologies is a plus
Strong communication skills to convey design concepts and findings
