Director of UX

Job Summary

Leading a growing multi-disciplinary team, the full-time Director of UX will be responsible for scaling the UX function, driving product adoption through strategic partnerships, and implementing data-driven design practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance design team while fostering a culture of user empathy and curiosity
• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Product, ensuring UX considerations are integrated into product strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Champion data-driven design practices using Pendo, driving design decisions through user analytics and behavioral insights

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of UX leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record of scaling a UX function in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with Pendo and translating behavioral data into design decisions
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance the design process
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices for in-app onboarding
