Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX Design.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term UX vision and strategy for web and mobile platforms
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing UX design team
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into customer-centric design solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of twelve (12) years of design experience, preferably in eCommerce
Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and execution
Experience leading a high-performance design team
Bachelor's Degree in Art, UI/UX Design, or related field
Experience with design systems and tools such as Figma
