Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX Design to lead a team of UX design professionals and enhance user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of UX design professionals while championing a cohesive design vision
• Translate product strategy into high-quality design execution and partner with cross-functional leaders
• Guide the design team through the full design lifecycle and promote an inclusive team culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of design leadership experience with a proven ability to lead UX design teams
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
• Deep understanding of user research and data-driven design decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in public or late-stage global B2C SaaS/SaaP subscription companies is ideal
