Director of UX Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, UX Design to lead the design efforts for an AI-driven IT operations platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI-native UX principles and interaction models for the platform
• Lead the design process for user-centered conceptual models and prototypes in collaboration with Engineering and PMs
• Own the end-to-end user experience across the company's products and core platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design, with experience in complex B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven track record in designing AI-powered or agentic systems
• Experience with cross-product design systems and interaction patterns at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and measurable product impact
• Familiarity with AI-native design and human-AI collaboration tools
