Director of UX Design
Job Summary
Leading the creation of intuitive and impactful digital experiences for enterprise clients, the full-time remote Director of UX Design will manage UX strategy, design leadership, and client consulting while guiding multidisciplinary teams through the design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead UX and experience design strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Provide creative and strategic direction across multiple UX initiatives and mentor design professionals
- Serve as a senior UX advisor to client executives and lead workshops, presentations, and strategic discussions
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in UX Design, including significant design leadership experience
- Proven experience leading UX strategy for large-scale digital products or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, and customer-centered design
- Experience managing and mentoring senior designers and multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and FigJam
