Director of VA Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of VA and Government Accounts East.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reimbursement strategy for VA and Government coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create evidence and value propositions that drive account favorability
• Monitor policy changes and industry trends to establish best practices for reimbursement strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in Sales, Market Access, Payer Relations, or Health Economics, particularly within VA and Government Entities
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence external stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Payer/Account requirements and VA system
• Experience in engaging clinical, product, and sales teams in a collaborative environment
