Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Value Based Care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients and lead engagements with executive-level clients
Lead technical assistance and analyses for health plans or providers on Medicare payment and policy
Contribute to business development and strategic guidance for the company

Required Qualifications:

Strong subject matter expertise in Medicare FFS policy, value-based care, and Medicare Advantage
Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in healthcare and aging
Experience leading complex projects and engaging with clients
Ability to apply critical thinking across various projects and sectors
Skilled at adapting recommendations based on political sensitivities
