Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Value-Based Care to lead and scale a team of Advisors and Analysts working with medical practices across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Advisors and Analysts managing a portfolio of medical practices
Ensure high standards of service delivery across all client interactions and reporting programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the client journey and improve service delivery efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, public health, or related field; advanced degree preferred
7+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in a medical specialty
5+ years leading client-facing teams
Deep familiarity with MIPS and value-based care programs
Experience with EHR systems and QCDRs
