Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Value Based Care Operations and Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs, ensuring alignment between program requirements and operational delivery
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery against defined timelines and objectives
• Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting program implementation and ongoing execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or 12+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience leading execution of complex, cross-functional healthcare programs
• Strong understanding of value-based care program structures and operational requirements
• Experience working across clinical, financial, and operational domains
• Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed or federated environments
