Director of Value-Based Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Value-Based Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to improve value-based initiatives and achieve risk adjustment revenue goals
• Lead the development and execution of value-based programs and contracts by state and line of business
• Manage team performance, hiring, training, and development to support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of managed care experience, including value-based programs
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Experience with value-based program design and implementation for Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace programs
• Knowledge of risk adjustment models, quality metrics, and medical economics
• Proven ability to innovate and manage complex processes in a matrixed organization
