Director of Value-Based Programs

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on value-based programs, the full-time remote Director of Value-Based Programs will develop and implement strategies to enhance financial objectives and compliance within government lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to improve existing value-based initiatives and identify new opportunities for risk adjustment revenue
• Collaborate with leadership to establish value-based care contracts and develop metrics for performance tracking
• Manage and develop a high-performance team, ensuring effective training, communication, and collaboration

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of managed care experience, including value-based programs, or equivalent education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years in management or leadership roles
• Experience in designing and implementing value-based programs for Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace
• Knowledge of risk adjustment models and quality metrics, such as HEDIS and Medicare STARS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
