Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Value Engineering to lead the development and execution of value engineering strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling value propositions and ROI models tailored to customer needs
• Lead the implementation of value-based selling methodologies and tools
• Conduct value discovery workshops and deep data analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in value engineering, solution consulting, or related fields in the SaaS industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through value-based selling
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial metrics such as ROI and TCO
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel
