Director of Value Engineering
Job Summary
Owning the value engineering discipline, the remote Director of Value Engineering will define enterprise frameworks, build scalable value assets, and partner with cross-functional teams to articulate business outcomes across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern the enterprise value framework, including standard methodologies and approval processes
- Build and maintain a library of scalable value assets, ROI/TCO models, and business value assessments
- Provide player/coach support on strategic deals, leading value discovery and structuring business cases
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years in value engineering, strategy consulting, sales engineering, or pricing/value roles in B2B technology
- Strong financial modeling skills (ROI/TCO) and executive storytelling abilities
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and building scalable systems in ambiguous environments
