Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Variable Compensation Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate commission calculations, payouts, and dispute resolution processes
• Manage variable compensation tools and CRM for tracking, reporting, and optimization
• Produce performance reporting, analyze plan effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in variable compensation/operations, with 5+ years in leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience implementing enterprise-level Incentive Compensation Management systems
• Strong management experience of a global team of managers and analysts
• Ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes in a high-growth environment
