Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Variable Compensation Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate commission calculations, payouts, and dispute resolution processes
- Manage variable compensation tools and CRM for tracking, reporting, and optimization
- Produce performance reporting, analyze plan effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in variable compensation/operations, with 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience implementing enterprise-level Incentive Compensation Management systems
- Strong management experience of a global team of managers and analysts
- Ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes in a high-growth environment
