Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the vendor governance framework and oversee contract management
• Evaluate vendor performance and mitigate risks related to compliance and contract terms
• Lead the Sourcing team and manage relationships with key vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in vendor management or contract administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex vendor contracts
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and vendor management tools
