Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Venture Factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a repeatable opportunity-sourcing system for high-quality venture candidates
• Engage with market and startup ecosystems to identify and synthesize venture hypotheses
• Track and report on success metrics, including validated business potential and pilot deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a founder or early-stage operator with a track record of venture creation
• Demonstrated success in product development and go-to-market execution
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant entrepreneurial experience preferred
