Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of venture initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy and performance goals
• Develop and manage workplans, timelines, processes, and metrics for venture and commercialization programs
• Support evaluation and structuring of co-development agreements and manage internal IP intake and assessment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required)
• Master's Degree in a related field (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years managing people, processes, or projects (Preferred)
