Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Virtual Design & Construction.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full P&L for the VDC practice, including revenue targets and financial health
Lead key client relationships and represent the digital practice at industry events
Oversee delivery and quality of high-complexity projects, ensuring they meet benchmarks

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven track record of managing budgets and driving revenue growth
Deep expertise in BIM/VDC workflows and Data Management
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check
