Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Vision Monitoring to oversee day-to-day operations of at-home vision monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead remote patient monitoring and app onboarding teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Implement operational policies and procedures for onboarding and performance metrics of frontline teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program growth and enhance the patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in program management or related roles, ideally in healthcare or technology
• Extensive experience in Remote Patient Monitoring or Chronic Care Management
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in a startup environment
• Strong leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
