Job Summary
Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time Director of Visitation Analytics will focus on forecasting, reporting, and generating insights related to skier visitation across the Vail Resorts network while collaborating with various departments to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analyses to support growth strategies and key business initiatives
- Leverage guest data and research to identify opportunities for increasing visitation volumes
- Provide rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and reporting insights for executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or strategy
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in large datasets
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred
