Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising for NA Retail UGG.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American visual experience strategy for brand presentation
• Collaborate with various teams to align visual merchandising with product launches and marketing campaigns
• Lead the visual conceptualization for new store openings and renovations, ensuring premium environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with global brands and adapting visual strategies to specific markets
• Strong background in in-store execution and management
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale visual merchandising projects
