Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising for North America Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American visual experience strategy for brand presentation and consumer loyalty
• Lead collaboration between various teams for campaign and product launch alignment
• Mentor field teams and retail partners to enhance styling and merchandising excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with new store openings and adapting global visual strategies to local markets
• Strong background in in-store execution and management
• Expertise in creative visual direction and project management
