Director of Wallet Product
Job Summary
Driving the strategic direction of the Optum Wallet, the full-time remote Director of Wallet Product will establish the product vision, oversee member experience, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare payment capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the multi-year Wallet product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Manage the end-to-end member experience from discovery to payment and future engagement
- Lead product discovery and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member value
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer-facing digital products
- 5+ years of experience in product vision, roadmap, and executive stakeholder alignment
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams through product delivery
- Experience in digital wallet, consumer fintech, or healthcare payments
- Familiarity with funding sources such as cards, HSA/FSA, and rewards
